SIDEWALK SUNDAY SCHOOL is an exciting evangelistic program that is designed to bring the message of Jesus Christ to the children and families where they are at, in their own neighborhood.   Our primary focus is reaching children between the ages of 6 and 12, but all ages are welcome to attend these exciting events.

It is a fun-filled, extreme program filled with excitement.  Children play games, hear stories, watch humorous puppet skits, win cool prizes but even more important than that, they hear the news that has the power to change their lives for ever...the news of Jesus Christ. Church is seen for what it should be - not dull, not irrelevant, but concerned with reaching out to people where they are. This is evangelism at its best, for through the children families are reached, communities impacted and cities won.

Our process is simple.  We select an area of town, and through a process called "blitzing" we advertise to people of all ages by going into the neighborhood to hand out fliers and treats.  We use costumed characters and circus music to attract attention.  Our goal is to reach as many kids and families as we can to show them the hope that God gives us. Through this process and active visitation following the event, relationships are built with the children and their families.  It doesn't matter which neighborhood we go to, rich or poor, inner-city, suburbs or rural, Sidewalk Sunday School simply works!
